Available apartments
Discovery contemporary Nottingham city centre apartments at Sutton Place, ideally located on the historic Stoney Street, once the north to south spine of the city.
Nestled alongside St Mary’s Church in the heart of the prestigious Lace Market district, Sutton Place offers an unparalleled living experience in one of Nottingham’s most coveted locale.
Originally Sutton Place was one of a number of mansions built for the wealthy of Nottingham. The house would have been occupied by merchants, sea captains, Huguenot silk weavers, Victorian school mistresses and Edwardian clergy. During the 19th century these properties began to be replaced by lace factories, from which the whole area took its name.
Due to the success of the lace trade, Nottingham became home to a whole host of immigrants from Europe to the Caribbean who came to trade as merchants, agents, manufacturers and workers. By the 1970’s the lace making trade had declined due to fierce global competition.
Now it offers the perfect central location for contemporary city centre apartments, for those wanting the latest technology with a wealth of architectural features.
We have been living in Sutton Place for the last 2 years. When we first came to view the apartment we instantly fell in love with the location and the apartment itself. It’s full of character creating a homely feeling which we could never tire of. Its the perfect location especially in the city centre and when you step into the apartment, WOW! Its like being in a totally different world similar to being on a holiday but everyday! The apartment provides an escapism or more of a sanctuary from the busy hustle and bustle of working in the city centre. Berta our property manager, is there an award for the best Property Manager there is? Because nothing beats her, she goes above and beyond. Have I mentioned about our four-legged Human Relations Manager, Stanley? He’s our resident furry friend who adds an extra layer of warmth and charm to the apartment. Stanley has an uncanny ability to make everyone feel at home, greeting guests with his wagging tail and friendly demeanour. Together, Berta and Stanley create an atmosphere that truly makes this place a haven in the heart of the city. Myself and my partner would highly recommend moving into a property here as you are guaranteed to be looked after well.

Testimonials
"I have lived at Sutton Place for about five months now. The reason I decided to live here to begin with is that I rented an Airbnb in the same building while looking for a place, and was really impressed by the building, its location and its maintenance of the common areas. So as soon as a flat became available in the building, I did not hesitate to apply, and never regretted it. The management is quite responsive to any issue, and proactive in their communication regarding any issues. In addition, the flat itself is very well kept, and has a very nice layout. The location is fantastic with everything you might need with a 15 minutes walking distance, whether it is supermarkets, restaurants, pubs, cinemas and more. Can't recommend this place enough."

I was a tenant with Perrymead for around a year and have absolutely no complaints. The move in process was quick, professional and also personal as I met with the landlord and not just an agent. The property itself was well taken care of and finished to a high standard. Any maintenance queries were dealt with quickly and professionally. The area itself was also fantastic being in the Lace Market quarter of Nottingham, just a stones throw from the high street but also slightly away from all the noise and busyness of the city centre. I would definitely recommend Perrymead to anyone who was considering one of their properties.
