Stoney Street Studios are a new flexible working space, offering hassle-free serviced offices in Nottingham's Lace Market. The Grade II listed former mill building was designed by prominent Nottingham architect Thomas Sutton in 1845. It has been converted as part of a £2.5 million renovation into six floors of luxury apartments on the upper floors, and our contemporary business space in the lower ground floor.
The 300ft Lace Market office has been divided into two open co-working areas, with a coffee bar, plus five private meeting rooms, capable of accommodating 4 to 12 people.
Every aspect of the layout and facilities has been designed with the user in mind. Highlights include private lockers and showers, LED lighting, smart access, high speed internet and all the essentials our members need to work flexibly.
It’s a privilege to work in such a great building in Nottingham. I love the phone operated key system, and Stanley (the office dog).

The Lace Market office home of Stoney Street Studios is a hub for Nottingham’s creative industries and digital innovators. The oldest part of the city, the Lace Market was originally a world-recognised quarter-mile square for making, selling and storing intricate lace. Today it is a protected heritage area and full of impressive 19th century architecture. Cafes, eateries and bars are right on the doorstep, nestled alongside an eclectic range of independent retailers.
